Late summer walk around the Kent countryside

From Hildenborough we pass through farmland, onto Kiln Wood before joining the Greensand Way at Shipbourne Common and to Dunk's Green. Lunch in the Kentish Rifleman or picnic on the green. In the afternoon we take a loop in the direction of Plaxtol before returning to Shipbourne passing the Church before heading back towards Hildenborough through the hamlet of Coldharbour. A fairly flat walk with few stiles.
Meet in 2nd CP in Riding Lane at recreation ground. Park in either CP as they are adjacent.

From A25 west of Reigate, turn Left into Flanchford Road (just after Black Horse Pub). Car Parks either side of road shortly after passing cottages.

A cliff top walk to the National Trust Centre at White Cliffs with a stop for lunch en-route (bring a sandwich). A convenience stop and an ice cream. Then we turnabout and walk back admiring the view (just in case you missed something). The plan is to have tea in the Yurt in Pines Garden so make sure you do not have to hurry home! We could also fit in a paddle!
Meet in public car park. Follow signs from A258 Dover/Deal Road. Turn R at T junction and CP is on R next to church.

The walk starts on the Wealdway going south west towards Fordcombe and providing fine views of the Weald. It continues until joining the Forest Way and follows this route along the former railway embankment to Groombridge. Lunch at The Junction Inn or picnic on the village recreation ground opposite. Afterwards we return past Groombridge Place and then follow the Tunbridge Wells Circular Walk into Speldhurst.
Meet at beginning of Furzefield Ave which is a long no through residential road at edge of village. If approaching village from Southborough to Speldhurst passing David Soloman's house then follow sign on right to Post Office and local store. Shortly after passing the store/PO bear Left on the residential road indicated as No Through Road on the old white signpost. Park in this wide residential road.

A rerun of a walk I did a couple of years ago. We walk via Great Buckland and Henley Street to Cobham for lunch (choice of 3 pubs or picnic). Then back via Cobham Mausoleum, Upper Bush and North Downs Way. Pleasant undulating countryside throughout.
Leave M20 at J2. At r'about take 3rd exit to A20 and at next r'about 1st exit to A227. After 1.6 miles turn right on Harvel Road and continue past Vigo Village on same road, now called White Horse Road for 2.8 miles from turning, then left onto Holly Hill. CP is 0.3 miles up hill on left. NB. do not use the post code on the AA Route Planner website. Use Holly Hill Wood, Snodland instead and then continue to Holly Hill.

Meet at entrance to environmental garden in Buckhurst car park, Suffolk Way, Sevenoaks by leisure centre. Car park was free on Sundays but please check.
