After 500yds L onto minor road signed Fordwich (R if on A28 coming from Canterbury). After 500yds CP on R just after narrow hump back bridge. Hopefully pub will open for coffee, toilet and to order lunch. (or WC on SW side of level crossing)

We start by climbing steeply out of Shoreham. We then walk to Romney Street, through Woodlands Golf course and down to Heaverham for lunch at the Chequers Inn. We then go to Cotman's Ash, along the North Downs Way above Kemsing to Otford, and from there back to Shoreham. Meet in Station Road - east of junction with Shoreham Place. The postcode is actually in Shoreham Place so should take you to the right spot. Park on north side of Station Road.

A spectacular woodland walk with excellent views exploring the haunts of AA Milne taking in a tumulus, the first Blast Furnace in Britain dated 1496 at Newbridge and water mill also at Newbridge. .A clockwise walk via Newbridge Cabbage Stalk, Lower Parrock, Newton Hill with lunch stop at the Gallipot Inn. After lunch returning via Pooh Sticks Bridge, Neaves Farm and Five Hundred Acre Wood.
Meet at Four Counties CP on Ashdown Forest. If travelling south on B2026 out of Hartfield drive for about 2.5 miles and after passing second turning on the right to Coleman's Hatch CP will be found on right after driving a further 400 yards.
